How’s Digital/Growth/Performance Job market ?
Was laid off last month and currently looking for growth/performance marketing roles, but couldn’t find much roles available or even if it’s there it’s more of junior or package is very less.

Just curious, how many years of experience do you have. I still get pings every month (5 yoe) for digital marketing roles from good companies
Around 9 years and B2C space.. What I’m getting mostly is for Fintech or B2B, if something matches B2C and exp, then the salary package is lesser.
I've had similar experience, any job openings expect candidate to be an all rounder, to do atleast 7/8 people's role and also pay less salary... It's a terrible job market out there
