How much time TCS takes to respond about retain offer?

To apply for a job at TCS you can visit their career page and choose a job role that suits your skills. The HR will contact you afterwards and schedule a telephonic interview. Depending on the interviewer and how well you can answer the questions, the interview goes on for 30-45 minutes. After you’ve cracked the interview there will be a technical interview which would include assessments. If that goes well and you’re shortlisted, you will be asked to provide the necessary documents. Usually, it takes a week to provide the retention letter. In some cases, it can also take up to 10 days.
