How much time does Google generally take to convey final result of job application?

I had recently applied for a UX designer role at Google. Almost all interview rounds went well. Got some very positive feedback from interviewers as well. However, they did say that my recruiter would share detailed feedback. The HR never reached out after the final interview round. It's been 3 weeks since my last interview round. My application still shows open in the portal. Tried following up with the recruiter multiple times for the feedback but no response.

I'm actually more excited about getting the feedback (especially things I can work on) than the actual job itself. I was interviewed by some of the best folks who worked on Google watch, Gmeet, Google Cloud etc.

Is this really how Google responds? What's your experience? How do I get hold of this feedback?
