How much should I pay for a Full stack developer
I’m currently building a product for Real Estate Capital Management. I’m hiring for a Full stack Developer role as a core team member. Currently we’ll be outsourcing the initial technology (website and property management software) but I’m planning to hire a software developer so as to smoothen the process and make sure of proper progress. How much should I pay them in Base salary and CTC as a whole?

If you want a best engineer then above 40 if you want average engineer then above 20 if you want below average then below 20
