How much salary should I consider while negotiating with HR for my next Salesforce Developer job?
I have 4.5 years of experience. 5 Salesforce certifications. I have good knowledge of communities, proficient in Apex, LWC, Flow, Security. Current CTC is 13 LPA (2 variable + 11 fixed). This was offered to be 2.5 years back. Have not got any promotions or major increments although I think I deserved them. According to my previous poll post votes I came to know that the salary should be more than 25 LPA. I am trying to know how high I can expect?

Yes it's justified, reasonable and fair for a developer role.
