How much raise should I ask after having 1 year of exp as an app developer(React Native)
I am a React Native Developer in an average insurance (product based) company and I have just completed 1st year of my career in this company and I have handled around 5 product module of their products, basically I made it all from scratch. My salary is 4.6LPA. Now I am about to get an appraisal here but I have no idea how much I should ask or negotiate with them!?
