How much in-hand salary is sufficient

Guys who are staying in metro cities like Delhi NCR, Pune, Bangalore or Hyderabad.. Can anyone tell me how much in hand salary is sufficient to live above mentioned metro cities with the family who has parents and 2 children dependents? Currently I am working remotely (work from home) but due to no hikes or promotion I think I need to switch and now a days very less or none companies offering work from home..Evey company either 5 days a week or following hybrid model... So, please give ur valuable suggestions so that I can get idea whether should I switch and come to any metro cities or should I stay back in my hometown with same salary?
