How much do you pay for rent in Bangalore?
I’m paying 78k/month for a semi furnished 3bhk in Adarsh Palm with an amazing view of a forest patch, so that windows and balconies doesn’t open in other people’s home. What is the usual rent that everyone in bangalore is paying though?

Becoming a landlord is also a good career 🙂
Ooo 78k per month is too much 🥲🥲 If I have that salary in a month

78k for a 3bhk which you will mostly share with 2 others, so 26k per person
Now I got it

40k for the similar flat in Hyderabad.

Seems like a good option to shift to Hyderabad :P

Guys, please don't waste your hard-earned money by listening to rent bragging people, majority of them are delusional about being in possession of some special set of skills like Liam Neeson, when in fact they are clearly replaceable. Don't fall prey to the artificial rent inflation created by the builder-broker nexus. They did this during the pandemic to market their "why pay rent when EMI is the same" campaign to sell vacant inventory.
Bangalore is not a landlocked city like Mumbai, nor does it offer central park views like Manhattan, where such rents might be justified due to geography. The weather in Bangalore is the same everywhere. If you look, you'll find thousands of vacant flats willing to bargain in the range of 18 to 25k, offering similar views.

78k looks like a good deal for Adarsh Palm. Just saying.

Are you a landlord in disguise? 😅

Agree, the rent has increased to around 1L recently in APR. Going uptol 1.3/1.5L for penthouses

12k for 1 room and 1 hall
In room there small space for cooking
Overall 12k total rent with good place
We 4 guys are living here.
Per person around 5k 5.5k including food
We only cook food
