How long does Deloitte take to give response after interviews?

So I had 2 rounds of interviews last week with Deloitte for a marketing analyst role. The interviews went well and I was told that I would get feedback by EOD that day.

The HR on the meet told me to drop off. In 30 mins I got an email saying it's taking some time to proceed further and they are reviewing all cases with hiring manager.

I tried calling HR back but they didn't respond.

Now how should I consider this situation? Am I rejected or does Deloitte take some time to analyse all the candidates? And if so how much time should I expect?
