Advice to Management

Please pay your head of marketing so that, they don't have to scam their team on the bills of team lunches. The head of marketing has on more than 1 instance taken advantage of the poor corporate governance at Klub. Paid the bill on behalf of the team, asked the team to transfer their share of the bill and later claimed that bill as a reimbursement from the company. Please pay well so "Leaders" can avoid scamming their teams.

Where did you hear it from ?

I can second that, the culture is not good very high expectations. You need to figure it out on your own, some tech managers are not good at all. All in all you should only join if you can survive in toxic environment
