Very shady company, I would run
They are scamming college students by selling long term courses and promising 12 LPA+ jobs
It will backfire when the student EMIs start defaulting
For employees - there are standard SOPs for most of the things and you are expected to follow those (little scope for deviation or freedom)
For students - there are mixed reviews so far. But good sentiment in Hyderabad and surrounding Telugu speaking areas
If ur someone from Edtech sector and are looking for a company where you can stay for next 2-3 yrs, Nxtwave could be ur place, as they sorted the P/L of company to extreme every penny is valued and saved. Mass layoffs are rare and majority they try not to fire anyone unnecessarily
