How is fractal as a company?

I want to know how fractal is for design teams and designers as an exposure, in close to closing an offer

I got an offer from fractal, which is 2x my current salary,

but I hear some bad things about long working hours/no work life balance and too much micromanagement,

is it worth it to join or should I keep looking?
