One interview, 1000+ job opportunities
Take a 10-min AI interview to qualify for numerous real jobs auto-matched to your profile 🔑
prepare and resign, then deal with whatever comes
you are a senior software engineer, behave like one

My friend was jobless for 1.2 year because of this step
Now somebody say he was not talented .
But he was and get offer but at the time of join offer had closed
So this is not a right step

Many companies just for the sake of showing that they are hiring take interviews and reject the candidates, genuine companies will always wait for 90 days. OR You can simply lie that NP is 45 days and buyout is possible, then crack interview and get offer, once offer is received ask for delayed DOJ due to dependancy in current project.
Do not resign until you have an offer in hand, people with a strong family background or 2nd income will always suggest resigning first, simply ignore and keep patience.
It took 2 years for me to find a company which waited 90 days, most of my friends cracked it in 6-12 months. It's just luck plus your preparation! All the best

Really thanks
But nowadays company asking for serving np only
No one want to wait
Just say let me ask with my senior bla bla ….
Don’t know how can I motivate him to schedule my interview
