I have read multiple comments and suggestions asking people to just go find a CA. Can anyone suggest some helpful tips or forums for this??

Ca can help with the first part of tax planning. For financial growth and investments you'll need a financial advisor which in India isn't a very defined field. Maybe someone with a CFA could help you.
