How do you guys exploit WFH?
I don't have much workload but still don't have the guts to get outside my house b/w 9 to 5 thinking I can get a task anytime.

Dont you think you are destroying your career with this, you are not learning or working on anything with collaboration. The company will let you work for few years but after some time you will be not be employable you will just have bookish knowledge and no corporate skills ?
Everyone's situation is different, I school ppl with triple my experience who are working from office cus I have more time to upskill myself
