How do I know if a company is worth applying or not for a compensation bump?
I mostly get shortlists only from LinkedIn Easy Apply, most companies never mention their compensation and only ask for your expected and current remumeration.
I am earning like 7 LPA as a data analyst/ engineer in SBC with less than 1 YOE and would be switching around 2 YOE mark. But Naukri doesn't have any data roles for companies that would bump my compensation and LinkedIn is just trial and error ( only deep within the form they ask whether you are fine working for 6 LPA or something)

If there is compensation bump, that company is worth applying.
Do not go by this WLB, culture, learning and growth etc. . even companies with best WLB , if the reporting manager is bad, life is hell. If the conpany has bad opinion, but the manager is good, then life is better.
