How do full time employee handle working from office give interview ?

For my previous switch either i was working remotely or was not working so i could give interviews easily. How to convince an interview during weekends? One cannot take so many sick leaves / leaves just for an interview right.

Take a half day? Paid time off? Sick leave should be fine too, just schedule all the rounds in one go.

I'm in a similar problem. I can't even book meeting rooms as it's a startup and due ro less number of meeting rooms (2) they're always booked. Moreover WFH isn't allowed 🥲

We don't give interviews, we directly walk-in to offices where we want to work and start working.

I have an interview coming up next week, but since I work full-time, I can't do it during the week. Can I ask HR to schedule it only on a weekend? If they won't, I won't proceed 🤧 And how can I convince them for weekend 🥺
