How can I switch?

Hey grapevine folks,

I want to switch to a product based company with good payscale, but finding it hard to even get one interview call.

Also, is it even fine to switch right now as per market conditions?

I work at a good MNC with 10 billion dollar + revenue, but I joined here as a fresher so I get paid less.

I am into front-end development, specialising in Angular with 2yoe.

Any leads would help greatly.
