How can I date in Bangalore?

I have ctc of 40lpa, complexion wise im fair and I'm 5'9. I'm a 26 yo guy and I have seen extremely good looking girls and basically most of the girls here in Bangalore as having a bf. Extremely good looking model looking girls have bfs very average looking. I'm average looking too, I don't get matches on dating apps and don't have any friends here. I don't know how are these people meeting, I think I look better than those men who have pretty girls with them. I went to club didn't liked the vibe, I'm very thin like 57kgs. Even never had talking stages till now, how are those men dating, i don't have girls in my team too and then don't know what to do. I can pay for dates and take care of a girl i believe. I'm not a fussy person very flexible and never looked with bad eyesight at any girl. I have never even been on a date till now. What am I doing wrong, how can I date? Looks wise I'm just averagish.
