How are undergrads even landing cs internships?

I'm a 4th-year CS undergrad. I've applied to around 250–300 backend, frontend, and full-stack internship postings, messaged over 50 startup/YC CTOs on LinkedIn and emailed many others, but I've barely received any responses. It's frustrating that most people simply ghost you instead of giving a proper rejection. The market is incredibly tough and it's extremely disappointing. At this point, I have no idea what else to do.
