Hello OP, can you share more on what fractional ownership meant here and what benefits do you think it gives you over buying something in a metro city. Would really help me when I plan about buying a property later in life.

As name suggest, u r not a sole owner.
Multiple people will hold ownership and u can sale or buy more units at any juncture. (Like 1cr flat has 5 persons so 20 lacs 1 unit)
Metros look haphazard to me.
Toxic air, food, people, traffic ⛔ and what not.
Capital appreciation in a flat is hardly beating inflation nowadays. Rental is also low except few areas in blr n Bombay. Total 6-7% appreciation.
Whereas these fractional projects are at hotshot tourist place and have 20-25% irr.
So above points led me to invest 10% of my portfolio in FO

Assuming I wanted to find such people who are interested in buying such a property with me, where would I find them? Or perhaps how did you find them for your?
