Honeywell 4 days work from office policy
Hi, how many of you follow 4 days of work from office policy? If you are not following then what action will they take?

I don't know how they are tracking.
If your manager has received the mail then it is better to follow 4 days WFO otherwise it will unnecessarily cause disciplinary issues.
I have been doing this whenever I go to my hometown and most of my friends did this too. I used to tell my manager beforehand that I will be WFH for 1-2 days.
Seems like they are getting stricter now.
It is okay as long as your manager is okay with this.
Everyone in our team used to follow this due to our manager, but I know teams which don't follow a 4 day office policy.
