I have an offer from Cars24 as a BE engineer should i join the company or not? What are the folks saying here? I am in a bit of a conundrum

my brother recently joined, would advise you to fuckin stay away from this. culture is absolute shit. it's the bad management from where it trickles down to all the employees, so you can imagine now. no matter how talented your team looks on linkedin/during interviews if your ceo makes people shit on themselves

Cars24 is a proper waterfall style company. If you are looking for pay and this is your only option then it is good. Else? Try and find something else.
