Completely depends on your current compensation. You can't expect 2020/21 level salaries until and unless you hold multiple offers. It could be as little as 20% or even >100%
I know a Senior PM joined another company at the same salary but at a higher level.
Insufficient information to be honest, depends on a lot of factors, but the main factor would be your current pay, whether you are overpaid or underpaid based on your skills and work experience. Also, since the scene is not too good, depends on the budget which the company is going for, for that particular role.
