Hello GV, is there anyone from Highradius here who can share about the work culture, wlb, pay, quality of work? Got an interview call for a Senior Sales Account Manager role for Enterprise business.

A friend of mine worked at High Radius. Extremely bad work culture and wlb. Toxic upper management. He left within 6 months.

WLB is bad but afaik sales guys make the most money across HighRadius. Company is pretty much sales driven, CEO comes from a sales background so he keeps close tabs. Recently became profitable, and unless you're really bad you won't get fired. Source : I work in Engg.
