Hi I want to change my career from testing to data science I did a PGP data science course from intellipaat,but my resume is not getting shortlisted what should I do now?

In current vast pool of bootcamp data science graduates, its very difficult to find people who are actually good at what they claim.

I would say build a project around a real life problem, use real datasets (and not kaggle toys), train real model, deploy and get in the hands of real users, while writing a blog along the way with real insights and learnings.

Quickest way to a job, people wont even care for PGP

Solve Datasets in Kaggle. Score better there. Join the competition provided in the platform.

Market is tough at this point to make a role change. Whichever it is. Keep doing your homework.

See if internally you can make a change for now.

Agreed solve datasets , do projects on Generative AI space and MLops space.. refer to youtube for this.. this will help immensely during switch interview
