Hi,I hav 6yr of exp in Design Verification & masters degree from IIT. Planning to switch, salary expectation in product and service based?

I have total 6 yrs of experience in design verification and have masters degree in EC from IIT. I am planning to switch, what should be the minimum and maximum salary range i can ask in product based and serviced based company? A range would suffice. Thank you!!
