Let's say I'm working in a company with 5 lpa and i got an offer from another company with 8lpa but the catch is it's a one year contract role after that they may take me or leave me so any suggestions?

Whats your experience. If you have 3+ yrs of experience then 8 lpa is less you should switch minimum at 10 lpa.
