I’m a 24F, .NET developer (3 yrs exp, ex-Deloitte Hyd) with 120% hike offers ( 9 -> 20 )from Siemens Healthineers (Bangalore) and Blackbaud (Hyderabad).

My boyfriend and I are living the dream here: 30+ floor apartment with insane views, our fave car for city cruises, and nights planning our AI SaaS startup (he’s an AI genius!). He’s been my biggest cheerleader, pushing me through this job hunt with epic support. But now I’m stuck:

Blackbaud (Hyd): Stay in my happy bubble. What’s the .NET vibe? Cool projects? Chill enough for my SaaS hustle?

Siemens Healthineers (Blr): Move and leave this behind? Is the tech cutting-edge? Worth ditching my Hyd life?
