Help sharing this company. Friend fired with 7 day PIP.

Hey guys One of my friend is fired with 7 day PIP. He was working in a Service company NeoSoft. It has 4000 employees and labeled great place to work. They fired him with 7 day PIP and no salary even for days he worked in december. No compensation. 1 day notice period.
