Tcs Package - 7.5 lpa Tech - SQL DBA and commvault backup Office location - Thane 10 mins Working time in general shifts Wfo - 5 days/week
Safran
Package - 8.5-9 lpa Tech - SQL DBA Office location - Mumbai 1-2 hours public transport Working time in rotational shifts Wfo - hybrid 1-2 days/week

Ask your friend to be a little independent, do his research, and make posts himself, also for u - a great friend isn't one who is always available for his friend but the one who makes his friend become independent.

Takkng these conditions, if Safran is a secure job go for it reason being travelling to office 5 days and 2 days is a huge gap plus pay gap is also there

Currently I am having 3 offers in hand.
Fractal - 8.5 lpa + 50000rs bonus Tech Mahindra - 11 lpa (9.7 fixed) ProcDNA - 13 lpa fixed Celebal Technologies - 15 lpa (13.5 fixed + 1.5 variable)
I have 4 companies to offer please help me decide which company to go. Tcs -23 TechM -26 Chubb 27 lpa Epam 29 lpa
Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday.
Suggestions are appreciated.
