Help my dear colleagues!!

Hi folks,

I actually need help. 🥺

I am in a very tough situation due to this. I have been an average student throughout my schooling and I did not study in college as well. I had multiple backlogs in college.

After that somehow TCS hired me and I was put into support project. I still did not study or develop any projects and wasted 3 years there.

Then I switched to devops role but it was still all operations. I learned some things but I was never into development. I have now wasted 6+ years doing the same. Operations and support.

From my heart i always wanted to do development in my heart but I think now time has gone. I am feeling very sad and depressed about my career! 🥺

I want to restart my career into python and data science but then I will have to start from fresher level if I want to move to development.

Now also I have more family responsibilities.

Please suggest how do I come out of this.
