Help me with my next career move

Hi Everyone, I have a total experience of 2 years and 11 months as a Data Scientist and I have got 3 offers in hand as of now. Can you please help me in choosing.

1. EY India - Data Scientist - 16 Fixed + Variable 0%-20% (I am being told that the project is really good) ( 3 days WFO)

2. CU Rise (Trellance) - Data Scientist 2 - 18 Fixed (Need to relocate to Bangalore)

3. Straviso - Data Scientist - 16 Fixed(most probably remote)

I am looking for learning and growth opportunities.

Another thing to note is that in the case of Straviso the role is like 40% data science work and 60% backend and other things. So what according to you is better- being a Generalist or a Specialist.
