I'm working as a Data Scientist in capgemini and had an experience of 2.5yrs. Now i want to shift to any other company, To do that i need to make myself strong for interviews i need to face in the coming days. So, Please give some good suggestions for

What are the topics i need to focus more on ?
Which sector companies do I need to apply for?
My current CTC is 8.5LPA, What range of salary should I go for?
Pls give me your valuable suggestions, tips...etc..,that will be helpful to the people like me!
