Thank you but in my college they teach programing on codeblocks turbo cpp which are not at all available on mac so i am very much confused
The platform isn't that important imo, after all the language is same. But you can do it as per what is convenient for you.
Yea go for it buddy. Just don't buy the base version, get the 16GB RAM and 1TB configuration. If that's too expensive for you, get a normal laptop and install Linux.
MacBook is good and reliable than any other windows laptop. Only issue will be in excel - many excel shortcuts don’t work on MacBook).
As a student I used MacBook Air it was amazing I could use it whole day and still had some battery left in it.
No problems for coding. Best choice I ever did.
ThinkPad, MSI laptops are good if you prefer windows, MacBook is great but repair costs are high, so please keep that in mind
