Help me make a choice

Me and my brother share a motorcycle and live together. There has been no clash as of now as office going days have been different for both of us. The problem for me is my family wants me to pursue higher studies as soon as possible from abroad.

I have been wanting to buy my own bike for a while now but don’t know if I should. What if within 1 year I have to leave Bangalore? Also other than using it for regular commute, I go on frequent rides and am part of many riding communities. What should I do? Should I go for it or forget about it?
