Help me decide

I got an offer from Nagarro for associate engineer for 9.5LPA. 5 days WFO. I am currently working at 7LPA in HCLTech 3 Days WFO and 2 Days WFH. The Nagarro office is only 20 minutes away from my home where as HCL is appx 1.5 hour away, plus I got zero hike from HCL. Should I pick the offer from Nagarro ?
