I have 3.3 YoE as a Java developer. Current CTC- 8.6 L Considering two offers as of now-

Deloitte USI- Solution Advisor profile 13L fixed(without medical insurance and gratuity) + 1.3L variable+50k joining bonus

Impetus Technologies Senior Software Engineer 15L fixed+ 1.5L joining bonus

Deloitte would train on cyber security and identity domain whereas in impetus would work on big data What to do?
