I have two company offers to select

EPAM systems and KPMG India Tech stack - AEM and Java 22 fixed (epam) and 23.8(21.5 fix + variable)(kpmg india) Location- Gurgaon(both)

Which one to select, and is it something chaos going on at the management level in KPMG india?

Go for KPMG. It's one of the top BIG4 Consulting firms. In terms of Brand, KPMG is way more better than EPAM.
