Help me choose (career advice)

In Aon, I'm currently in Specialist role and was promised a promotion soon. It is an in-house role so no need to interact with Clients and also a Remote job. In Deloitte India (not USI), I was offered Assistant Manager role with the mentioned salary as fixed plus performance bonus (basis performance). This is a Hybrid role and also requires interaction with the clients.
