  2. Coinswitch (lemonn app) Lead Analyst - 39 fixed + 4 variable + 18 ESOP 5 days office
  3. Portcast Analytics Manager - 38 Fixed (only 50% taxable) Remote

YOE: 5

I would have gone to portcast without a question if they had given me some ESOP component.

I have mostly focused on sql,python, excel, data visualisation (mostly metabase, periscope)

I also have experience working with snowflake, dbt and a lot of problem solving

@EvilCemetery coinswitch was standard, 1 technical round followed by 1 problem solving and 1 with the product head.

Rippling was 1 technical round, 2 stakeholder rounds and 1 round of problem solving

Actually I have heard that the cultural of Rippling is pretty bad. There are a lot of PIPs although money wise they are going for IPO soon.

So you get the role as a consultant and get paid directly in USD (SGD in my case). The government see's it as you exporting your service outside india as a business for which only 50% of your income is taxable.
