Was in Fynd a few years back. Culture went to shit after reliance. Not sure about current scenario. Do check twice before signing.

Can you elaborate on what exactly causes the bad culture and how bad is it?

Once reliance came in Fynd went from an outcome matters to output matters.

It essentially became a tech consulting company like TCS.
Just mindlessly build whatever is asked for by the overlords and don't care about anything. Reliance asks for something ridiculous you say yes. They say jump you say how high should I jump.

Fynd is better. Well known brand- acq by reliance I guess?

Reliance is known for overwork

Fynd has:

  1. Literally Abusive culture in higher ups.
  2. Weekends and leaves working without comp-offs.
  3. No work life balance - You can be called on any day at any time be it festival or weekend or even a sick leave.
  4. Overnight clause changes: 90 day notice period, relocation policy revised, WFH policy revised, appraisal policy revised.

Lot of senior old folks have quit the company in last 6 months. Recently a co-founder took am exit as well. He's a shareholder in company but not working here anymore.

If not already chosen, don't go to fund.

AI is better, trust me take the risk of 5L with the market, money doesn’t matter in the short run, you’ll make a lot more with this attitude in the long run
