Offer A - Public company good brand name in US - 35 lpa fixed and 15 rsu. Role - senior engineer. Established product and team I think personal growth would be constant

Offer B - startup - 50 lpa fixed. Role - staff engineer. Growth stage product , product needs to be established in market.

Which one is good, considering 2-3 years timeframe and which one opens door for next job offers
