I recently received an offer for the position of Solution Architect at KPIT Banglore. I would like to know more about the company’s work culture, environment, technical teams, work-life balance, appraisal process, and other related aspects.

Yes, I have joined and till now everything is going smooth. But other then project all process are very slow like their IT department, HR department, etc
Did they told you which project you will be working on? Ask them if you have any other offer then consider those first. Because I have heard that so many people are on bench

Need suggestions on whether to go for KPMG India (LIGHTHOUSE). Will there be a good technology to work and work life balance unlike what I heard about NO wlb and the tech is lil old.

I got offer from kotak but wanted to understand is it of any worth? Since i heard lot of negative things about kotak and culture. No benefits and toxic work culture.
