HELP!!

I am working in Deloitte right now in Hyderabad but as a contractor. The job I have is a help desk analyst aka service desk analyst. But, I am and always have been interested in Cybersecurity. I have a couple of certifications in Cybersecurity but nothing industry standard like CompTIA Security+ which by the way I am planning to get soon.

I want to work as a Cybersecurity analyst or anything related to Cybersecurity in Deloitte. How do I do that. What do I need, what do I have to do, what do I have to have. Basically how do I proceed. Is it possible?
