Not just one , 2 companies. And a few after getting selected in TR and MR , they are ghosting without offer ,after many follow-ups they are saying the position is on hold.

Holding position at the end of interviews is increasing rapidly these days. Chances of they coming back is very small. Better to update your linkedin/naukri as immediate joiner. Interview aggressively and reach out to all your ex-colleagues mentioning you can join immediately
