Hello consultants need your guidance in my career leap to a new company...

I am currently working in EY as an FICO consultant with 3 years of experience and have an offer of PWC into Risk Consultant Role of 13.5 LPA Fixed and another from Capgemini with 15 LPA Fixed in Senior FICO consultant.

I also got an offer from a startup company they are ready to match the offer of Capgemini.I have known the director for the last 6 years and in previous organisations I have worked with them.They have built the previous org from scratch and made the company of 200 CR and sold the same due to internal clashes between the stakeholders.

Now the 2 of the directors have started a new startup where they are claiming they are into Dubai markets and have projects of Conversion Migration and Implementation and they will involve me in that.

Currently I don't have any experience in Conversion, migration or Implementation projects I only have experience in support projects and handled over all 20 projects.

PWC with Risk Consulting I am planning to drop. I have mostly confusion in Capgemini and startup which will be better for my career growth in future.

Please Guide me...

Should I take a risk in the startup or should I opt for Capgemini only..
