Heineken setup in India

About to get an offer for Heineken for senior decision scientist. It does not have a legal entity in India so they have setup their hiring via third party called HireflexGlobal. I will be working for Heineken but still will be on payroll with this Thirdparty.

Should I join such setup ?

A similar case happened to me. I joined a startup recently which is registered in the US but not in India and they have collaborated with a similar third-party for hiring. Even the offer letter only mentions the third party's name and not the company's. Two months later, the company got itself registered as a legal entity in India and all the employees were sent updated offer letters under the newly registered entity. I would suggest reaching out to 2-3 employees and discussing it with your TA POC at Heineken for their timelines or else how safe it is.

No, don't! Uber has way better brand name than Heineken. Such moves are only worth it if you are getting promotion that is not possible in your current company.

Why are you leaving Uber though? I'm sure you can laje better options.
