Heard from ppl in Amazon & Meta in the US, their internal projections for market recovery are June/July next year 🤞

Was speaking with 2 people I know who work at Amazon and Meta respectively. They both shared that spending on recruitment is going back up, because their orgs believe that by mid 2024, market will be back in full swing.

Hoping this is true. Good times are back soon, if this ends up being.

What do you guys feel? Anyone working at a large company and has similar internal projections that your org has made?

In India that still isn’t the vibe. But whatever happens in G India is what boils down from the US.
The negative sentiment is lower now, however, there were better promotions this time around and better travel opportunities as well.

The US goes for an election next year. India also goes to elections in May. Currently right wing capitalist leaders projected in both countries to win. So businesses would be happier. Also as American inflation cools things should get back to normal By mid year next year. But the hype cycle of 2020 21 is pretty hard to get. More like 2017 to 2019 Job market will be back
