Phew, I was considering joining them just last year. Somehow didn't. I thought they had a good leadership team. I heard about this AI push firsthand from Tushar during my interview last year in May. He was just back from his travels to the states and was adamant to make him company a 'AI' company. Wonder what went wrong?

Why not reorganize instead of fire and hire.
Its neither incompetence or poor planning. Infact its the exact opposite. great planning and perfect execution. they sold dreams and raised a ton of money. What if that was the original plan? The riase fund and make generational wealth? Is it the mistake of the founders if the employees think they are settled?
These founders will try to push AI in the most absolute places where it is not required just to secure that next round.
